Service Description
A series of three 90 minute classes where we will study, discuss, practice and move together. Throughout the three weeks, we will discuss the history of Pilates, learn basic applied anatomy, practice and understand the importance of the "Mat Basic 10" exercises, and work towards creating a whole body integrated and flowing workout. There will be a combination of group exercise, personalized instruction, demonstrations, and discussions. However much you'd like to participate is completely up to you. Everyone, regardless of Pilates experience, is most welcome to join this series!
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes and private sessions. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full fee. Classes must have a minimum of three students signed up 24 hours in advance. Classes without the minimum registration will be cancelled.
